PTFE TEFLON RODS
PTFE Teflon Rods are available from 5mm dia to 500mm dia in Pure Teflon, Graphite filled Teflon, Rulon and Bronze filled teflon and tersite as per requirement. With virtually unlimited tooling combinations, we can provide you with the basic shape that most closely matches your finished requirement, minimizing machining and material loss.
Custom sizes and lengths are available. Additional fabrication, machining, and milling are offered through our in house machining and fabrication facility.
PTFE TEFLON SHEETS
Standard sheet sizes include 12″ X 12″, 24” x 24”& 1 MTR. X 1MTR. X 3MM TO 50MM THK Custom sizes of molded sheets are also available. Various production methods can be employed to offer sheets that are near dimension to the end product. This ensures the greatest economy and minimizes material loss. Additional fabrication, machining, and milling are also offered through our in house machining facility All molded PTFE can be furnished with one or more surfaces modified by either sodium ammonia or sodium naphthalene etch to ensure excellent bond ability.
Molded PTFE sheets are available in a wide variety of virgin and modified resins as well as PTFE compounds.
PTFE TEFLON THREAD SEALENT TAPE
Our standard grade PTFE Thread Sealant Tape is for those applications that do not require the sealing properties of a premium grade thread sealant. This is intended to be used for general purpose sealing in pipe threads. The standard density virgin PTFE sealant tape permits quick, clean, economical sealing of male pipe threads of all sizes and reduces the risk of system contamination common with liquid and paste sealants.
