PTFE TEFLON GASKET
PTFE gaskets and seals. Our seals are designed to deliver excellent purity, low stress to seal, chemical compatibility, as well as reduced creep and cold flow characteristics. Another advantage of our gaskets is their use in a variety of sealing applications, including use with misaligned, damaged, or rough sealing surfaces. Our PTFE gaskets are produced in all of the standard anis flange sizes. Special sizes and thickness available upon request. We also offer welded one piece construction for those demanding applications where a pieced joint will not be acceptable.
PTFE TEFLON BALL
PTFE Teflon balls are used in liquid ring vacuum pumps is used widely in applications where there is more use of chemicals. PTFE balls are manufactured in standard sizes of 6mm, 10mm & 16mm dia. Also we manufacture PTFE balls in various sizes as per customer’s requirement.
GLASS FILLED TEFLON TUBE SEAT
Glass filled Teflon Tube Seat is used in Glass Lined Plants which are used in Pharmaceutical and Chemical Plants. This Glass Filled Teflon seat plays a vital role in the Pharma plants, where it is used to take batches and store them. The whole disc is machined on CNC machines with highest accuracy and critical dimensions. Due to the chemical inertness of PTFE, it can be used with almost all types of substances Also it provides better Wear & tear resistance as compared to other materials. This disc is available in other special filled grade materials also.

The PTFE Teflon flexible hose is made of high purity FEP/Teflon and reinforced with braided stainless steel jacket that serves excellent resistance in high treat and pressure environment and provide exceptional tolerance in continuous bending environment. Teflon flexible hoses applications are anti-corrosion, nonstick, anti-electrostatic, anti-abration etc.

REINFORCED GRAPHITE GASKET
These products are made from flexible graphite plates by cutting precisely. The manufacturing process is easy. Installation as well as application is convenient. Having excellent sealing property, they are suitable for the media, such as hot water, high temperature and pressure steam, hydrogen, ammonia, solvents, hydrocarbons, and super-low temperature liquids.
They are used as gaskets at the flange joints of different piping, valves, pumps, heat-exchangers, condensers, pressurized vessels, towers, manholes, and hand-holes and to make gaskets for liquid level gages and crystallizers.
PTFE EXPANSION BELLOWS
Single layer joints with an inner surface of PTFE films that are crossed and laminated to produce the ultimate chemical and indestructible barrier.
These PTFE concentric spool-type flexible couplings are designed to reduce noise and compensate for expansion, contraction and minor piping misalignment in chemical processing, air conditioning and heating systems.

SAND MILL GRINDING DISC
Grinding Disc Available Will Be of Special Wear-Resistant made out of UHMW material (non metallic high wear material) the discs are primarily used for processing low to medium viscosity (1 to 200 poise) formulations. Solids levels in paint applications have been as high as 85% for industrial and furniture paints and ceramic slurries or slips. These systems are available in both horizontal and vertical configurations.
