Moulded sheets in 12" x 12", 24" x 24" and 1 m x 1 m, from 3 mm to 50 mm thickness. Surfaces can be sodium etched for excellent bond ability.

Can PTFE Teflon Sheets be manufactured to a drawing?
Yes. Thickness and cut-size tolerances to approved drawing. Final tolerances are confirmed during quotation.
What is the continuous operating temperature of PTFE?
Virgin PTFE is commonly specified for continuous service from approximately -200°C to +260°C. Actual limits depend on load, pressure, filler grade and the process medium.
